Delivery and Pickup

Free Delivery and Pickup - We schedule from 7 am to 7 pm.

Delivery and pickup can be at different location.

At Disney resorts face-to-face is required, Disney rules. We will meet you in the outside lobby at the time scheduled in your booking.

At Disney hotels (Dolphin and Swan) no need for face-to-face. You should pick up your stroller at bell services when you arrive at your hotel. When you leave the hotel you should leave it at the same spot where you got it.

At Universal Hotels no need for face-to-face. You should pick up your stroller at bell services when you arrive at your hotel. When you leave the hotel you should leave it at the same spot where you got it.

Other hotels there is no needs face-to-face. You should pick up your stroller at bell services when you arrive at your hotel. When you leave the hotel you should leave it at the same spot where you got it.

At Vacation Home (AirBNB/Vrbo) no need for face-to-face. We can delivery at front door. When you leave the house, you can leave it at front door as well.
