Magic Mile Strollers – Rental Agreement
This Stroller Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Magic Mile Strollers (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and the renter (“Customer,” “you”).
By completing a reservation, the Customer agrees to all terms and conditions below.
1. Rental Equipment
Magic Mile Strollers rents high-quality single and double strollers and related accessories (“Equipment”) for temporary use.
All Equipment remains the property of Magic Mile Strollers at all times.
2. Rental Period
The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the scheduled return or pickup date selected during booking.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
3. Rental Rates & Fees
Rental rates are disclosed at the time of booking and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Optional add-ons, including but not limited to accessories or damage waivers, are billed separately.
4. Security Deposit
A $50 refundable security deposit per stroller is required for all rentals.
Deposits are refunded after the stroller is returned and inspected, provided the Equipment is returned in acceptable condition and all parts are present.
Magic Mile Strollers reserves the right to deduct repair, cleaning, or replacement costs from the deposit if necessary.
5. Optional Damage Waiver
Customers may purchase an optional Damage Waiver for added protection.
The Damage Waiver covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear during the rental period.
The Damage Waiver does not cover:
- Loss or theft
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Intentional damage
- Water damage
- Missing parts or accessories
- Damage caused by improper folding, transport, or airline handling
If the Damage Waiver is declined, the Customer is responsible for all repair or replacement costs beyond normal wear and tear.
6. Customer Responsibility
The Customer agrees to:
- Use the stroller only for its intended purpose
- Follow all safety instructions and manufacturer guidelines
- Ensure the stroller is properly supervised at all times
- Not sublease, transfer, or loan the stroller to another party
The Customer assumes full responsibility for the Equipment during the rental period.
7. Loss, Theft, or Irreparable Damage
The Customer is fully responsible for loss, theft, or damage that renders the stroller unusable.
In such cases, the Customer authorizes Magic Mile Strollers to charge the card on file for the full replacement cost of the stroller and any associated fees.
8. Cleaning & Condition
Strollers should be returned in reasonably clean condition.
Excessive dirt, sand, food buildup, bodily fluids, or other substances may result in a cleaning fee.
9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund policies are outlined on the Magic Mile Strollers website and apply to all reservations.
10. Limitation of Liability
Magic Mile Strollers is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Equipment.
The Customer assumes all risks associated with the use of the stroller.
11. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Magic Mile Strollers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the Equipment.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a reservation, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Rental Agreement in full.
